Grandpa and
Grandma Dunk owned a small cottage in Michigan. When I was a young
boy our family spent summer vacations at that cottage. The cottage
is pictured in the center of the banner, my Father and Mother to the
left and Grandpa and Grandma Dunk to the right. (And you bet, with
Grandpa's famous DUNK'S
lures they caught some huge bass.) You probably can't see it
in the small thumbnail picture but Grandpa had a large blue
 logo
almost at the peak of the cottage. I can remember thinking how
neat that was and when I started my own company I took the logo from
that little cottage and used it as my own. The blue logo
symbolized truth and honesty and a link to my family heritage.
I incorporate in my business the strong family
heritage given to me. I'm proud to be a part of a family that has
a history of inventors, writers, artists, musicians, ministers,
salesmen, athletes-just to name a few. We Dunkelbergers are a
family of innovators that almost always think "outside the box" and love
to find answers to problems. We're creative and problem solvers.
